The resorts offer these promotional prices in exchange for your agreement to attend a 90-120 minute presentation on the benefits of Vacation Club Membership and generate positive word of mouth advertising. 

Our GO VACAY VIP promise is that you will NEVER be required to join or buy anything! Your only obligation is to attend a 90-120 minute preview of the resort and bring an open mind.

After purchasing a vacation package, you can expect a welcome call from one of our team members to verify your contact information and answer any remaining questions you may have not been able to find on our website.

In order for the resorts to offer the promotional rates, and allow the flexibility of “ANYTIME TRAVEL”, airfare is NOT included in the promotional rate.

Resort Fees and Taxes vary by destination. One of our team members will go over any resort fees and taxes that may apply to your trip during your welcome call.

We ask that you always submit two sets of travel dates so that we may do our very best to accommodate you. GO VACAY VIP never charges a rebooking fee. If the resort that you have chosen charges a rebooking fee, you will be advised of it during your welcome call.

GO VACAY VIP never charges a rebooking fee. If your new dates are available with your chosen resort, we will gladly rebook your stay.

Your confirmation email will list any meals that are or aren’t included. Depending on the property, you might be able to add a meal plan on arrival.

Early or late check-in / out requests are handled by the resort / hotel directly. Once you receive your confirmation, please contact them directly for any special requests.
