Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 90-120 minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary travelers must meet the Resort’s qualifications below:

Each Married Tour must be 30-70 years old; gainfully employed with a minimum annual income of $60,000USD.

Same sex couples 30 to 65 with Matching I.D.’s only with a minimum annual income of $60,000USD.

Each Cohabitating Tour must be 30-60 years old ; gainfully employed with a minimum annual income of $60,000 USD, and must present matching address government issued ID’s. Cohabs must have lived together for a minimum of 5 years.

Singles are accepted, however only a 10% allowance per month. Singles must be between 35 and 60 years old, legally single and gainfully employed with an annual income of $60,000 USD. They can only travel alone or with an immediate family member.

Quenelles are accepted, however only a 10% allowance per month. All parties must meet the qualifications. They must be arriving together. No split quenelles are allowed. Quenelles are considered one reservation and only one transportation will be provided per quenelle. Two rooms maximum.

Attend a 90 to 120 minute “Vacation Membership” presentation, after our welcome breakfast or lunch.

All persons under each reservation must attend the sales presentation together, e.g. kids, friends, and parents. This includes the purchase of additional rooms or extra persons. EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND.

Be a citizen of the United States (Does not include Puerto Rico) or Canada (does not include residents from the province of Quebec, Canada) no foreigners residing in USA or CANADA. 

Must speak 100% English or 100% Spanish fluently and be their first language. 

Must be gainfully employed with a family income of $60,000 USD yearly.

All clients must have one major credit card with a MasterCard, VISA  and American Express (company credit cards, debit cards or check cards or Discover do NOT qualify) also a government-issued photo identification, personal identification card, driver’s license and a passport from U.S.A. or Canada.

All retired persons ages must be between 45– 60 with an annual income of $60,000 USD.

All persons traveling on a vacation package must have purchased the package directly from the Broker.  Any person or persons traveling on a vacation package they received as a gift or                   purchased from a third party, will be deemed an NQ.

Military personnel currently serving in the armed forces are deemed an NQ.

All ministers, pastor, priests are deemed NQ.

All persons traveling must not be staying either before after at any other resort in the area, including Riviera Maya and Yucatan in general.

Persons must not have or know any family or friends that live or work in the area and surroundings.

All persons who have used this promotion before and/or attended the sales presentation at any Krystal property will not be accepted. Recycled tours are not accepted.

All persons who have attended any vacation club or sales presentation anywhere else in the world will be eligible after one year has passed from the date of their arrival.

GROUP TRAVEL IS NOT PERMITTED.

Resort Fee:

All guests will be responsible for a nightly resort fee of $21.95 (per unit not per person)

All costs for additional nights or additional persons will be paid directly by the Qualified Prospect to Company no less than 14 days prior to guest arrival.
