For identification purposes, each Qualified Tour must possess, and present at the Presentation, a valid driver’s license and a major credit card or checkbooks. (no debit cards) Co-habs must show matching address ID (must prove live together.)

May have not toured a Coral Resorts Property in the past 12 months or attend a timeshare presentation in Hilton Head in the past 6 months.

If an unqualified Tour is allowed to attend a Presentation and makes a purchase of the Company’s product / service presented at the Presentation, such Tour will be counted as Qualified Tour for all purposes hereunder.

Reservations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 72 hour prior to arrival date. Failure to reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours in advance will result in vendor being charged back 1 night plus tax. Reservations are not processed on Sat or Sun including cancellations and reschedules.

No Show Tours or NQ Tours vendor will be billed back for all room nights at the contracted rate, plus an additional $25 per night NQ fee.
