Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 120-minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary travelers must meet the Resort’s qualifications below:

Married/ co-habitating couples, both must between the ages of 28 and 68 years of age, with an annual household income of $50,000 (US) or higher.

Single women must be between the ages of 28 and 68 years of age with an annual income of $50,000 (US or higher.

Couples must travel and attend the presentation together.

Guests must be gainfully employed/retired and be creditworthy (no bankruptcies, foreclosures or liens in the past two (2) years) and cannot be in the process of a home loan modification.

For identification purposes a valid driver’s license and valid major credit card (no debit/check cards) must be presented at the tour. Couples must show matching address identification or proof of residing together such as a lease, bank statement or utility bill.

Quinellas/Group travel will not be accepted, in the event of group travel you will be paid for one tour and charged back for all room nights. Group travel is defined as one or more parties that know each other traveling to the same resort on the same dates.

Guests cannot have attended a presentation in the Bahamas within the past 12 months.

Guests are required to attend a 90 to 120 timeshare presentation.

Guests must be US Citizens and understand and speak fluent English.

Offer is not valid for students.

Reservations must be canceled at least 5 days prior to their arrival date, otherwise a 1 night plus tax fee will apply.

Guests that check-in and do not meet the qualifications or guests that do not show for their presentation, vendor will be charged back for all room nights.

All incidentals including but not limited to meals, transportation, taxes, resort fees etc will be the responsibility of the traveling party. In addition to the foregoing rental amounts, Resort shall be entitled to receive a surcharge of $19.00 per night per person for each occupant of a room rented by Vendor. This surcharge includes resort fees and Value Added Tax of 12.0% imposed by the Government of the Bahamas effective July 1, 2018. Resort reserves the right to change the amount of the surcharges in the event there is any change in taxes or charges imposed by the Government of the Bahamas during the term of this Contract. The surcharge and any other Government imposed fees and taxes shall be paid by the guest at the time of check in.
