Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 90-minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary travelers must meet the Resort’s qualifications below: 

Married, co-habitating couples both must be between the ages of 28-75 and with a combined annual income greater than $50,000 No Singles.

Couples must travel and attend the presentation together.

For identification purposes couples must have valid photo identification such as a driver’s license or state issued id and a major credit card or check book (debit cards are not accepted) Couples must show matching address identification or checkbook, car insurance, bank statement with both names or newlyweds may use their marriage license.

The following are not accepted: Any guest that has attending a travel presentation or timeshare presentation in Branson in the previous 12 months, members of travel clubs or a discount travel program, guests employed in the travel industry such as but not limited to travel agents, airline employees, cruise employees, timeshare employees, guests traveling in a RV, motorhome or 5th wheel, any guest scheduled to attend a travel presentation of any type in the 30 days prior or after their check in date, and any guest that lives within a 50 mile radius of Branson, MO.

Guests must be US or Canadian citizens and speak, read and write English fluently

Group travel is not permitted.

Guests are responsible for all incidentals such as, but not limited to taxes, key deposit, transportation, meals, phone calls, rollaway and/or cribs. 

Childcare is available – maximum of 2 children per family

Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to arrival otherwise a 1 night no show fee plus tax will apply.

Reschedules must be made at least 5 days prior to arrival otherwise a 1 night late reschedule fee plus tax will apply.

No Show Hotels a 1 night no show fee plus tax will apply

Any guest that does not meet the above qualifications or does not show to the presentation, vendor will be charged back for all room nights.
