Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 90-minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary travelers must meet the Resort’s qualifications below:

All Prospects must be citizens of the United States or Canada.

All Prospects must have and present current valid government issued identification.

All Prospects must have and present one valid major credit card in the name of the Prospects. No debit cards, not check cards or corporate cards will be accepted.

All Prospects must have a valid credit card in the name of the Prospects at the time of checking into a Hotel or else that person will not be allowed to check into that Hotel.

All Prospects must attend an entire Vacation Club sales presentation and orientation lasting at least 90 minutes (the “Presentation”). The 90 minutes will begin after the Prospect’sbreakfast orientation. The Prospect is not eligible if the Prospect has previously toured anyCompany vacation club property within the last 6 months. All travelers must attend and complete the 90-minute presentation together. There is no obligation to purchase. However,not completing the 90-minute presentation or giving purposeful misleading information and/or omitting relevant information regarding the package qualifications will negate this promotion resulting in the Prospect’s reservation being cancelled and/or the person will be subject to paying an additional rate for the Prospect’s stay.

All Prospects must present a valid USA or Canadian passport and/or other US or Canadian government issued photo identification. Upon arrival at the Hotel, the Prospects will need to present valid passports along with the stamped immigration papers confirming the Prospects’s arrival date.

All Prospects must be able to read, speak, write and understand fluently in either English or Spanish.

All Prospects must have paid in full the promotional rate for the accommodations at the Resort in question and otherwise be in good standing at that Resort.

All individual Prospects (or at least one individual in each married couple) must be either gainfully employed or fully retired with annual salary or investment income per household equal to at least $50,000 USD.

Single women Prospects must be between 30–70 years of age and must also present valid government issued photo identification.

Single men Prospects must be between 35-59 years of age and must also present valid government issued photo identification.

Prospects who are legally married must present valid government issued photo identification with matching addresses. One spouse must be between the ages of 30 – 70 years old. Newlyweds must bring their original marriage license or certificate, if they do not have matching identification within a 3-month period of their marriage. Both spouses must attend the sales presentation.

All persons in all reservations including children and second rooms must attend the presentation.

Two Couple Prospects traveling together – second couple will be accepted at a higher promotional rate.

Individuals who have traveled to a Villa Group Resort within the immediately preceding 12months and attended a Presentation.

Individuals who own real estate (full ownership property interests) in any city in which a resort is located including Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas Loreto and/or Cancun.

Resort Fee:
